Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets.

You will supervise security officers, enforce policies, and serve as the primary client contact for concerns and incident response. This full-time role requires a State Security License or the ability to obtain one, and previous supervisory experience in security, military, or law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a State Security License.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ years’ experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
• 1+ year supervisory and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Security Patrol & Monitoring: Conduct routine patrols, verify credentials, address risks.
• Security Operations & Compliance: Enforce post instructions, secure facilities, monitor surveillance.
• Reporting & Communication: Maintain logs, communicate with clients and management, keep uniform neat.
