Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will also assume shift management responsibilities when leadership is absent.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; retail experience in automotive parts is preferred and ASE/RSS certifications are valued. Career growth opportunities are available within a stable, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program adherence.
Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
Coordinate order processing, returns, and transfers to ensure timely, accurate handling.
Assist with shift management in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
