Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management responsibilities in the absence of leadership and a strong emphasis on excellent service for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Oversee store operations and shift management in absence of store leadership.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers and add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with appropriate payment methods.
