Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, with shift management duties in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, managing showroom activities, and ensuring efficient store processes while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to company programs.
• Ensure all store operations, including opening/closing duties, are performed according to policy.
• Handle buy online/ship to store and transfers in a timely manner and communicate shipment arrivals.
