O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of store leadership and requires strong communication and automotive knowledge.

Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply, and RSS certification is required or can be pursued. Experience in auto parts retail and ASE certification are desirable assets that will help drive customer satisfaction and store

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Retail sales experience preferred, especially in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and communicate shipment arrivals to customers.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and stage merchandise properly.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor adherence to work schedules, approve deviations, and enforce clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including securing deposits and locking the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
