O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assist with sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations in Brookfield, CT. The role includes shift management in the manager's absence and emphasizes customer-first service across both retail and professional customers.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately with proper payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Manage clock-in/out according to policy and ensure shift coverage.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
