O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Brookfield, CT to support store leadership in sales, service, and operations. The role involves shift management responsibilities in the absence of store leadership and a focus on delivering excellent customer service to both retail and professional customers.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, issuing refunds with correct payment methods.
