Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager in leading store operations, customer service, and appearance. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

You will ensure timely processing of purchases and transfers, maintain accurate payments and returns, and uphold security and housekeeping standards to deliver a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills during customer interactions.
• Certification in RSS and ASE preferred for career advancement.
• Experience in retail sales and automotive knowledge beneficial.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired for multi-language support.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain store security and cash handling.
