O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to supervise a store team.
• RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in Spanish desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed efficiently, refunds issued correctly, and items are staged properly.
• Perform opening/closing duties, security checks, and closing procedures.
