Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers for timely shipments.
• Ensure returns are processed efficiently and refunds issued correctly.
• Handle opening/closing duties and cash procedures as needed.
