OReilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading staff, ensuring timely handling of orders, returns, and deposits, and coordinating merchandising and security duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to company programs.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, and secure money/deposits according to policy.
• Coordinate and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Oversee returns/exchanges, process refunds accurately, and stage merchandise accordingly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store and communicate Zipline messages, Image Maker tasks, and merchandising duties to the team.
