Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management when managers are absent.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills are required.
Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Process buy online/ship to store and other transfers promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
Handle returns and refunds accurately and responsibly.
Ensure merchandise is invoiced prior to leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages as needed.
Monitor work schedules, approvals for deviations, and proper clocking in/out.
Perform all store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
