Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and drive sales, service, and store operations on site in our retail locations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and ensuring all customer requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and hold RSS Certification; ASE and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and associated programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, transfers and outside orders in a timely manner.
• Handle returns, exchanges and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced and store procedures followed.
