Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

• Perform all store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with management on scheduling and security procedures.
