Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in customer service and store operations.
• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise and ensure customer service levels.
• Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.
