A leading auto parts retailer is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support management and enhance customer service. This role includes supervising customer service levels, managing store operations, and performing opening/closing duties. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Experience in auto parts sales and bilingual proficiency are highly desired. Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store and other orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties.
