Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales and store operations.
• Lead store team members in exceptional customer service.
• Manage customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Supervise buy online/ship to store and returns processes.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Automotive systems and repair knowledge

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

ASE Certification
