Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift duties in the absence of store leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required to engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required or the candidate must be willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly and inform customers on shipments.
