Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management responsibilities when managers are absent.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Essential duties include leading teams to deliver outstanding service, managing showroom CS levels, handling orders and transfers, and ensuring proper POS and returns processing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail or auto parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone inquiries are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and accurately; issue refunds using correct payment methods.
