O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. The role requires leading the store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising service levels in the showroom,
Competenze
- Strong communication skills required.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
- RSS Certification must be obtainable.
- ASE Certification preferred.
Mansioni
- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure compliance with service programs.
- Process store transfers, online orders, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and maintain stock integrity.
