Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales and operations.
• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.

• Process buy online/ship to store and customer returns efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and manage store security.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Automotive systems and repair knowledge

ASE Certification

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
