Job summary

Walgreens in Meridian, Idaho seeks a Stores Key Holder to help run the floor when management is not present. You will open/close the store, handle cash, assist with vendor deliveries, and ensure shelves and back stock are ready for the business day.

You will greet customers, resolve questions, and model service excellence while maintaining inventory accuracy, basic pricing, and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent and manage cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure pricing validity.
• Handle cashier records and checkout responsibilities.
• Support basic maintenance and cleanliness.
