You will also help with deliveries, returns, pricing, displays, and inventory control to maintain a seamless operation. The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive Walgreens customer experience, engaging customers, resolving issues, and upholding service standards across the team.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers as requested.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
• Supports backroom and warehouse processes, deliveries, price changes, and display revisions.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments and stockrooms.
