Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and preparing floor and stock room for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at cash registers.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
