Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Responsible for holding store keys to open and close without management.
• Assists with vendor ordering process and backdoor deliveries.
• Registers all related sales on assigned cash register; records scanning errors and price verifications.
• Supports display development, resets, and price changes; ensures pricing signage is accurate.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts across departments and stockrooms.
• Ensures packaging and food separation rules where applicable; supports rotation and restocking.
