Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leadership or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to obtain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes store in absence of management; handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists customers with products and services.
• Liaises between management and team; communicates tasks when management is not present.
• Maintains accurate inventory and pricing, displays, and shelf signage per policy.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and backroom processes for stock and orders.
• Supports store maintenance, cleanliness, and procedures; handles basic bookkeeping tasks and policy compliance.
