You will engage customers, maintain inventory accuracy, assist with vendor deliveries, and support daily store operations, pricing, displays, and basic bookkeeping as needed.

Qualificações

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and provides change at cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts, pricing, and signage; supports displays and promotions.
