Job summary

Walgreens seeks a store associate capable of opening/closing the store in managers' absence and handling day-to-day cash and pricing tasks. You will engage customers, support inventory and displays, and assist with vendor deliveries while upholding store standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtain and maintain valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Provide change, refunds, and cash drops to registers; handle pricing tasks and store signage.
• Maintain accurate inventory and displays; assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window and ensure compliance with state laws on regulated products.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and resolving issues.
