Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate capable of opening and closing the store in management’s absence, handling cash, and ensuring floor and stock room readiness for the business day. The role includes opening the back door for deliveries and maintaining accurate pricing and inventory.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model outstanding service while coaching teammates and coordinating with pharmacy and store management to uphold Walgreens standards and policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and daily system start-ups.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verification at registers.
• Engage customers and provide a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom operations, including inventory accuracy and display resets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and pricing in compliance with policies.
