Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling cash and start-up procedures.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested.
• Ensure store and stock room are ready for the day and assist with back door access for deliveries.
• Assist with pricing, promotions, displays, and stock resets to meet policies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse/vendor ordering processes.
• Support pharmacy window operations and ensure regulatory compliance where required.
