Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing signage, and basic department pricing tasks.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, displays, resets, and stock organization.
• Supports bookkeeping activities and ensures store cleanliness and compliance.
