• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services to resolve issues.
• Maintains store inventory accuracy and price signage per policy.
• Registers sales, reviews price verifications, and handles voids or errors.
• Supports backroom operations, vendor deliveries, and basic bookkeeping.
