Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members to ensure a positive experience.
• Handles store keys, back-room deliveries, pricing tasks, and basic bookkeeping duties.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, signage, displays, and regulatory compliance for products.
