• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and helping with products and services; resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Maintains store appearance, assists with displays, pricing, inventory, and housekeeping as required.
