• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Provide distinctive customer experience and model customer service best practices.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory counts and ensure accurate on-hand quantities.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
