• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Coaches team members in customer service best practices to deliver a consistent Walgreens experience.
• Registers all related sales on assigned cash register and records scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assists with order exceptions, reverse logistics, and displays revisions.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Ensures proper pricing signage and compliance with local regulations.
