Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store operations associate to open and close the store, manage cash handling, and assist customers throughout the shift. You will ensure the floor and stock rooms are ready for the business day, handle returns, refunds and price changes, and support displays and backroom processes.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store operations including inventory counts, price changes, displays, and backroom readiness.
