Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle required cash, start-up systems, and ensure floor and stock room readiness.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with and coach team members in vendor ordering processes and backdoor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper pricing and signage.
