Job summary

Qualifications

Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, with required start-ups and cash handling.
Completes returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Engages customers and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
Coaches team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
Assists with pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance tasks.
