BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support Retail Operations. This role opens and closes the store, assists during peak periods, and mentors new staff. You will use product knowledge to advise customers and drive sales while maintaining service standards.

The position requires 1+ years of leadership in retail or similar fields, the ability to work flexible hours, and strong cash handling skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours and nights/weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and support for the absence of management.
• Assist with high-volume periods and support new employees.
• Provide product knowledge and customer recommendations.
• Assist with inventory tasks including restocking and counts.
• Process cash transactions, open/close tills, and deposits.
• Operate scanners and cash registers, ensure price accuracy.
• Verify ages and provide customer receipts; handle refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor floor for theft and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train new employees on procedures and standards.
