Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This role opens and closes the store, supports new employees, and maintains high service levels to drive sales.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure accurate cash handling while upholding store standards. Responsibilities include assisting during peak times, training new staff, managing inventory, and protecting assets through loss prevention; all while delivering a friendly, knowledgeable customer

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers.
• Assist with opening and closing the store; support for new employees.
• Help during high volume periods and backfill for team members.
• Know in-house products to recommend to customers.
• Assist with inventory tasks: restocking, counts, discrepancies.
