Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This role opens and closes the store, supports new employees, delivers excellent customer service, and helps drive sales during peak periods.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing cash at tills, assisting with inventory, processing returns, and upholding store standards. High school diploma and 1+ years leadership in retail required; ability to lift 49 pounds and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours and nights/weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of products and services.
• Open or close the store; assist during high-volume periods and train new employees.
• Assist with inventory tasks, restocking, counts, and discrepancy identification.
• Process cash transactions, count tills, and prepare deposits.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics; enforce age verification.
• Maintain store cleanliness and security; monitor for loss prevention.
• Handle refunds and exchanges; ensure accurate pricing and receipts.
