Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support Retail Operations. You will help open/close the store, assist during high-volume periods, and mentor new staff while delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.

The role requires leadership experience in retail and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. You will handle cash, stock, and safety procedures, while maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent.
• Available during peak hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store
• Greet customers and inform them about products/services
• Assist with high-volume periods and support new employees
• Provide product recommendations based on in-house knowledge
• Assist with inventory tasks and counts
• Process cash transactions and deposits accurately
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and related equipment
• Enforce age verification policies
• Ensure accurate pricing and receipts
• Process refunds and exchanges
• Monitor floor for shrink and security compliance
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist in various areas
• Train new employees on procedures and standards
