Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to support Retail Operations. This role opens and closes the store, assists during high-traffic periods, and trains new staff while delivering excellent customer service to drive sales.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of leadership in retail or equivalent, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Available during peak hours: nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; assist in the absence of management.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Process cash transactions, tills, deposits.
• Monitor for loss prevention and security procedures.
• Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge.
• Maintain store cleanliness in all areas of the store.
