Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This role opens and closes the store, supports new employees, and drives sales by delivering excellent customer service.

You will assist during high-volume periods and help maintain product knowledge for customer recommendations. Qualifications include 1+ years in retail leadership, ability to work flexible hours, basic math, and proficiency with cash handling. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Availability for peak hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of products and services.
• Open and close the store; assist during high-volume periods.
• Assist with onboarding and support for new employees.
• Know in-house products to make recommendations to customers.
• Assist with inventory tasks: restocking, counts, discrepancies.
