Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team. The role opens and closes the store, supports management in busy periods, trains new staff, and ensures excellent customer service while driving sales.

The candidate should have 1+ years of leadership in retail, basic math and cash handling skills, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with others.
• Availability to work peak hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist during high-volume periods and train new employees.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Process cash transactions, open/close tills, and prepare deposits.
• Monitor for shrink and enforce security procedures.
• Perform age verification and handle refunds/exchanges.
