Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. The role includes opening and closing the store, assisting during high-volume periods, and supporting new employees while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory tasks, price accuracy, and maintaining floor security and cleanliness. Prior retail leadership and HS diploma are preferred; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours of operation and availability to support stores on nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Team-oriented mentality
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as Key Holder.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance during high volume periods.
• Support new employees and provide product knowledge recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management tasks and accuracy checks.
• Process cash transactions and balance tills.
• Monitor security and prevent loss on the sales floor.
• Train new employees on store procedures and policies.
