BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team. The role leads opening and closing duties, supports staff during peak times, and ensures excellent customer service while driving sales.

You will assist with inventory counts, handle cash, and help new employees learn store procedures. Qualifications include 1+ years in retail leadership, high school diploma, and ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours of operation and availability to support stores on nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store; support for new employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
• Assist with inventory tasks and price accuracy.
• Process cash transactions and deposits.
• Monitor shop floor to prevent theft and ensure security procedures.
• Train new employees on store procedures and customer service.
