Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager. You will lead a team, ensure excellent guest service, and maintain brand standards across service, cleanliness, and food quality.

The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to procedures, and proactive problem solving to optimize guest experiences and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Shift Lead training classes; ServSafe certification in some states.
• English communication required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Access to transportation and ability to fulfill driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the restaurant's brand image, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Lead and train team members to achieve operations goals.
• Ensure adherence to brand procedures, policies, and food safety standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by resolving questions or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in identifying internal candidates for Shift Lead roles.
