Qualifications

• Experience – 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Capable of coaching and training team members on guest service standards.
• Able to lead a fast-paced dining room and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members using Guest Expectations materials.
• Ensure consistent food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead front-of-house operations during busy periods and coordinate with back-of-house.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper grooming of staff.
